At the heart of intuitive eating is the belief that your body knows best. 


My programs help you unlearn harmful food rules and tune in to what your body truly needs.


The four keys to intuitive eating are:


  1. Unconditional permission to eat what you desire when you're hungry.
  2. Eating for physical, rather than emotional, reasons.
  3. Relying on internal hunger and satiety cues to determine how much to eat.
  4. Making food choices that help your body perform well and feel good.

About Your Coach

I’m Tracy Hess—a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and health and life coach.


But before I became a coach, I was my own first client.


Even with a background in physical therapy and wellness, I found myself spiraling into obsessive behaviors—counting calories, fearing ingredients, and stepping on the scale multiple times a day.


Binge eating and self-judgment took over. I felt completely out of control with food.


Discovering intuitive eating was the turning point. It challenged everything I thought I knew and helped me rebuild trust in my body.


Through this process, I found more clarity, peace, and energy than I ever experienced through diets.


My mission is to help you achieve a beautiful, comfortable peace with food freedom and your body.
