True to the Core is my signature group coaching program, designed to help you affirm your worth and help you break free from the exhausting cycle of food guilt and body shame.

So many of us—including myself—have been there, struggling with the endless cycle of keeping up with the latest diet "rules" and trendy workouts.


IT'S EXHAUSTING. We're overwhelmed with judgment about body size and shape, leading us to chase unrealistic body images...and losing our self-esteem, confidence, and worth along the way.

I created the True to the Core group coaching program to empower you to live a life where you can enjoy eating without stress, guilt or shame.

With years of experience healing my own relationship with food and personalized support within our group meetings, I'll guide you through building healthy, mindful eating habits and to go from feeling trapped to experiencing peace and freedom with food. 

You'll get a collaborative and supportive environment that allows you to:



  • Let go of guilt & shame around food & your body
  • Uncouple your self-worth from the size of your body
  • Process past trauma around food, weight, or your body
  • Foster a greater connection with your body so you can get in touch with your hunger & fullness cues
  • Pay attention to which foods make you feel best, physically & emotionally
  • Replace any unhealthy dependence on food & exercise with new coping mechanisms
  • Establish boundaries for friends & family members who still subscribe to diet culture

Live Group Coaching Sessions

Our group sessions are a space to share your weekly struggles, wins, and everything in between, all within a supportive environment from others sharing this journey with you.

Weekly Zoom Meetings

We'll have 12 group coaching sessions on Zoom, Sunday evenings at 7:00 p.m. Replays will be available in the event you cannot join a meeting.

Hi, I'm Tracy. For years, I struggled with self-imposed judgment, guilt, and shame about eating.


Even as an expert in the medical field, my relationship with food took a downward spiral. I developed an obsession with food labels, weighing myself, and all things healthy, which led to binge eating.  I felt completely out of control with food.


This led me to my own intuitive eating journey.


Today, I have more clarity, confidence, and energy than I ever did on a diet.


True to the Core was created so that I can share this exciting, transformative way to look at food and health. You'll have a dedicated, compassionate expert to guide you through your intuitive eating journey.
